Our doors open on the 28th November at 10:30 and will close at 17:30 on Christmas Eve; please see the calendar below for available dates.

Each ticket includes a three hour guided tour around the house. The price includes a personalised visit to see Father Christmas, all the activities mentioned on our website, tea, coffee and mulled wine for the adults.

The Enchanted Christmas House is suitable for children aged between 15 months old to 8 years old, please refer to our terms and conditions for further details on age requirements.

Tickets are purchased as a family and a family ticket can be made up of any number of adults and children (For example a family ticket of four could be two adults and two children or one adult and three children or vice versa).

All tickets must be purchased in advanced and anybody above the age of 15 months old requires a ticket.
